Terms of service
These are the terms on which INTEGRATE AI LTD ("we", "us") provides Toolsmate to you. By using Toolsmate you agree to them.
1. The service
Toolsmate is an AI office assistant for trade businesses. It keeps your business records, reads the messages that reach your business, records what they are about, tells you what needs doing, and drafts replies for you to approve. It is a tool that works for you; decisions about your business remain yours.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and using Toolsmate for a business.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done through your account.
- The information you give us about your business must be accurate.
3. Connecting your Google account
- Connecting your Google account is optional. When you connect it you grant Toolsmate the permissions shown on Google's consent screen: to read your email, to send email on your behalf, and to see when you are busy in your calendar (times only, never event details).
- Toolsmate sends an email from your address only after you have approved that specific message.
- You can disconnect at any time in Toolsmate or through your Google account settings. Disconnecting removes our key to your account immediately.
- Our use of information from your Google account is governed by our privacy policy, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
4. Your customers' information
Toolsmate holds information about your customers and suppliers on your behalf. You are the controller of that information and must have a lawful basis to hold it. We process it on your instructions and as described in our privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Toolsmate to send unsolicited marketing, to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to try to access another business's data. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Fees
Toolsmate is currently provided to a small number of businesses during its development, on terms agreed with each of them. Any fees will be agreed with you in writing before they apply.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Toolsmate available and working well, but it is under active development and we do not promise it will be available at all times or free of errors. We may change or withdraw features. If we intend to withdraw the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your records.
8. Our responsibility to you
Toolsmate drafts and suggests; it does not make commitments to your customers on your behalf without your approval. You are responsible for checking anything you approve. We are not liable for loss of profit, business or goodwill, or for indirect loss. Our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or £100 if you paid none. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Toolsmate and close your account at any time. We may close an account for breach of these terms after giving notice, unless the breach is serious. When an account is closed we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
